Hevanet has added the Postini filter service to our Spamhater junk mail filter. Postini provides enhanced spam filtering and
virus screening. If you have received an email from Hevanet Support informing you that a suspected spam email has been quarantined,
don't worry.... it is from us!
If you follow the link in the email, you can login to your Postini Message Center and review the blocked emails. If
there is an email that has been blocked by mistake, you can deliver it to your mailbox and add the sender to a white list,
so no further emails will be blocked from that address. You can also adjust your spam filtering settings as needed.

New Postini Option - Block large attachments
Do you have friends that frequently send you large file attachments via email? The latest joke movie
that's going around? Digital pictures that haven't been resized to fit a computer screen?
If you have a dialup connection, these file attachments can take a long time to download. For every Megabyte,
it can take 3 to 5 minutes under the best conditions. So that 5MB movie file cousin Fred sent you can take up to 25 minutes to download.
There are 5 options. 1MB, 2MB, 3MB, 4MB and 5MB size limits. Any email that exceeds the size limit, will be
"bounced back" to the sender with an explanation. Pick your limit and sign up for this new service HERE.
As is usual, there is no extra charge for Hevanet customers.
